At Globus Gates, the process starts with a massive aluminum billet. We cut it down, heat it to 800 to 900 degrees, and run it through the direct press where the extrusion takes shape. From there, it is heat treated at 400 degrees for 3 hours to achieve 6063-T6 aluminum, then moved into the finishing stage.
And that finish matters.
We use a 7-stage powder coating process because a gate should not just look good on day one. It should be built to last.
