Location of the Fencing Project: Beverly Hills, Los Angeles County
Beverly Hills was founded in 1906 by a group of developers in Los Angeles who wanted to create a luxurious resort town. In the 1920s, it rose to fame as a getaway for Hollywood celebrities and has remained one ever since. Since then, the city has gained recognition as a top location for wealth, status, and celebrity. Its real estate market is among the most expensive in the world, and today it is home to many famous and wealthy people.
The property of our elderly Beverly Hills’ customer was in one of this city’s neighborhoods.
Reasons for the Fencing
Our Beverly Hills homeowner wanted to install a new fence around their property. He was concerned about security and wanted a fence that would deter intruders, as breaking and entering had become common as the city’s population continued to grow. Also, our customer and his wife wanted a fence that would enhance the appearance of their house and give aesthetic value to the surrounding area.
The Customer’s Wishes
The client and his wife wanted a high-quality fence that would last for many years. They also wanted a fence that was easy to maintain.
The Stages of the Project
The first step in the project was a consultation with the client to discuss their needs and preferences as well as the existing landscape and structures on the property. We then suggested an iron fence for the property, which he accepted, and we gave him a quote for the work. Our installation specialists started the installation process after the customer confirmed the quote.
The next step was to install the posts. To make sure the posts were sturdy and wouldn’t move over time, concrete footings were used during installation. These posts were then connected with horizontal rails. To give the composite fence’s aluminum frame panels support, rails were placed at regular intervals.
The final step was to install the fence panels. With the aid of screws or bolts, the panels were inserted between the posts. After that, the fence panels were cut to the proper height and length. We also installed a gate to the fence to allow him to access their property. The gate was constructed from the same materials as the fence, but it also had extras like electric keypads that made it easy to unlock and lock.
Technologies and Materials Used In the Fencing Project
For this project, we used iron frames and iron fencing. They are a good option for high-end homes since they are strong, low-maintenance, and lightweight. Our installers also selected sturdy, long-lasting iron fencing panels. These panels are rot and weatherproof.
Size of the Fencing Area
The fencing area for this project was approximately 100 feet by 100 feet. The fence was installed around the perimeter of the Beverly Hills property.
What the Client Got From the Project
The client and his wife were thrilled with the project’s outcomes. They got a sturdy fence that would last for a long time. The high-quality fence improved the appearance of their Beverly Hills home as well.
