Globus Gates Return & Exchange Policy
At Globus Gates, all of our aluminum gates and related products are custom-fabricated, cut, and manufactured to meet the specific size and design requirements of each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. This policy allows us to maintain strict quality control and ensures every order is produced specifically for its intended application.
Exchange Policy
Although returns are not permitted, exchanges may be considered in limited circumstances. All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by the Globus Gates team. Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are typically limited to situations involving manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order if they believe an exchange may be required.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. To help us resolve the issue efficiently:
Retain all original packaging
Provide clear photos of the product and any visible damage
Submit all documentation within 48 hours of delivery
Once the information is reviewed, Globus Gates will determine whether an exchange or replacement is appropriate.
