One box, one section

Counting slats one by one gets tedious on a long run. This box holds the sixteen Alu 40 slats a single 6 ft by 8 ft DIY section calls for, so repeating identical sections is just a matter of ordering one box per bay.

The wide face gives calm horizontal bands. Aluminum will not rot or warp, and a wash with water and mild cleaner is all the finish needs.

Parts you add

The box is slats only. Each section also needs a post kit for the 2.75 2-way system (post, L-brackets, bottom spacers and press cap) and a spacer pack to set the gap. Half inch spacers give a slightly more open look than the 3/8 in. minimum. Prefer one order line per section? The Alu 40 8x6 fence kit bundles this box with a post kit and 1/2 in. spacers.

Planning tips

Settle how many sections, where posts go and which gap you want before ordering.
Remember an extra post to start each run, plus one at every end and gate opening.
Globus Gates can double check layouts that include corners, ends or gates.
