Infill for a wider walk gate

This is the board set used in the complete Profile 40 6x6 walk gate kit. All sixteen pieces arrive at the same 62 in. length, so you skip cutting full fence stock and get a clean row of boards across the leaf with some airflow left in.

You will need a frame, hinges and posts as well; they are not in the carton.

A note on color

This 62 in. carton comes in Black and Bronze only. The 39 in. Profile 40 carton is also offered in White. Want a white 6 ft gate? Talk to Globus Gates before buying the frame.

The look

A 4 in. board has more presence than a narrow slat, and the 3/8 in. spacing keeps a wide gate from feeling heavy. It matches Profile 40 horizontal fences, so gate and fence share one line. Being aluminum, it never needs stain and will not rot or bend out of shape.

Other boxes

Building a 4 ft gate instead? Use the 39 in. Profile 40 carton. For a fully closed 6 ft gate, the 62 in. Profile 60 T&G carton locks together with no gaps. Check the opening and your frame size first.

Finishing the gate

In the complete kit, these boards ship alongside the DIY-only 6 by 6 ft frame and a 7/8 plug. Assembling your own? Start with that frame and add a post option suited to your wall or footing.
