The finishing line on a solid panel

On a privacy panel, the top edge is what people notice first. The Top Rail 8 ft, 0.059 in. Wall closes off that edge so the section looks tidy and deliberate. It ships as one rail, which makes it easy to buy the exact count for a run or to replace one that got bent.

Which infill it suits

Three infill types are covered: vinyl, Alu Plexi panels, and Alu 60 T&G slats. In fact, the Alu 60 T&G 8×6 fence kit uses this very rail. For Alu 40 or another profile, ask our team before using it.

Sizing your rails

The 8 ft length fits 8 ft sections as is. For shorter bays there is a 6.5 ft rail in black and a 6 ft rail; for long custom runs, start from an 18 ft length. Before cutting anything, measure between posts and confirm bracket positions first. Plan one rail per section, plus a spare on a busy job site. Buying all rails in one order also keeps the color even along the fence.

Because it is powder-coated aluminum, the rail will not swell, rot or split the way a wood cap can, even though the top edge gets the most sun and rain.
