Standard 8 ft slats mean extra joints on long runs. This 24 ft black Alu 40 board removes many of them, and gives fabricators plenty of raw material for custom cuts.

Making the most of each length

A 24 ft board holds as much material as three 8 ft boards, yet you choose how to divide it. For example, a wide gate might take two 10 ft cuts, leaving a 4 ft piece for a short return. Mapping out all your cuts ahead of time usually means less scrap and fewer boards to buy.

Handling

A board this long needs clear space for unloading, flat storage and cutting. Support it along its full length while cutting so the coating is not damaged. Delivery or pickup of long material depends on where you are, so check with Globus Gates.

Is an 8 ft version available?

Yes. For regular panels, the shorter black Alu 40 board is easier to manage.

What can I pair it with?
