Who this gate is for

Some openings need total screening, not partial cover. This single swing walk gate kit is built for exactly that. Each Profile 60 board is 6 in. wide, with a male edge that slides into the female edge of the next, so every seam closes as you stack them. Because the boards interlock, only 11 are needed, versus 16 in the gapped Profile 40 version.

What ships in the box

• 4 ft x 6 ft DIY-only frame kit (new style): upright frame member with its cap, upper and lower horizontal members, two HD hinges, and a stopper
• Slat box: 11 Profile 60 boards with 0.047 wall, cut to 39 in.
• 7/8 plugs

Every component is 6063-T6 aluminum in your chosen AAMA 2604 color. Posts and latch hardware are separate purchases.

Choosing posts

Five post options pair with this kit. Where the gate hangs between two walls, use the Hinge Post + L-Side Post set. The 3.15 post handles wall or concrete footing, the 2-way post is wall mount only, the 3 in. HD post goes in a concrete footing, and the 4 in. HD post stands alone. A solid leaf takes more wind load than an open one, so match post and footing to your site and local code.

Before you assemble

Measure the finished opening, subtract room for your posts, and compare the result with the kit's 4 by 6 ft size. Settle swing direction and latch side early. Follow the included instructions and any pool-area gate rules that apply.

Will I need to cut boards?

No. They arrive at 39 in., sized for this frame.

Can I buy just the boards?

Yes, the 11-piece, 39 in. Profile 60 slat box is sold separately.

Is there a wider version?

Yes, a 6 ft x 6 ft version is offered.
