Built for a wider leaf
Wide gates put more strain on hinges and corners than narrow ones. This 6 by 6 ft heavy duty kit is set up for that load, with 2x4 in. HD frame stock and a third double-support hinge that the 4 by 6 ft HD kit does without. Everything is powder coated black.

The corner brackets keep the frame square, and the built-in stopper halts the leaf at the closed position.
Infill is your call
This kit is frame only and takes infill profiles of 3/4 in. or 1 in. Before ordering, confirm your profile is one of those sizes, that you have enough boards for a 6 by 6 ft leaf at your chosen spacing, and that the color suits a black frame. The 62 in. Profile 60 T&G slat box is one option; ask Globus Gates before mixing systems. Let us know if you plan heavier non-aluminum infill, since it adds load to hinges and posts.
Post options
HD frame kits list four posts: the 2 in. post as first choice, the 3.15 post for wall and concrete footing, the 2-way post for wall mount only, and the 3 in. HD post for concrete footing. Tell us whether you will mount to a wall, a footing or both, and follow local code plus the supplied instructions.
Are slats included?
No, the kit covers frame and hardware only.
What other sizes exist?
There is a 4 by 6 ft HD kit and a 6 by 8 ft HD kit.
