The narrowest of three spacer packs

Our range offers three spacer packs for the 2.75 2-way post. The 2.75 in. 2-Way Post Spacers 1/4 in. – 32 Pack give the smallest gap, so a gapped fence reads almost like a solid face.

Where it is already used

The Alu 40 Wood look 6 ft x 6 ft fence kit has a 1/4 in. minimum gap, and it ships with 16 wood-look Alu 40 slats, a boxed 2-way post kit and one of these packs. If you are recreating that kit from loose parts, or extending it, this pack keeps things consistent. Keep one gap size throughout the run so slat lines stay level from bay to bay.

Check your slat first

Some slats need a wider minimum gap. The boxed 8 ft Alu 40 slats, for example, call for at least 3/8 in. When a slat needs more than 1/4 in., switch to the 3/8 in. pack, or ask the Globus Gates team to confirm.
