What this part does

A C-Channel Kit has three pieces: the channel itself, its cover, and an end cap. Cover spacers are optional extras that work with that cover. This one measures 1/2 in. and comes in black to suit black channel kits.

Where it fits in the range

Cover spacers come in six sizes, from 3/8 in. at the small end up to 4 in., with 1/2, 3/4, 1 and 2 in. in between. The gap each size creates depends on your layout. Send the Globus Gates team your slat profile and the channel kit you bought, and we will tell you which size to order.

Which channels use it

The 8 ft C-Channel Kit is meant for pedestrian and sliding gates, fences and wall toppers. The 18 ft version covers heavy duty walk gates and heavy duty sliders, plus fences and wall toppers. Because the spacer is optional, many builds skip it. Read your kit's instructions or ask us before adding one.

If you need several for each channel, check with us how many arrive per order. Stick with one size along the whole run so the covers line up.
