Where your slat fence ends at a wall, a gate or a property corner, the last post should look finished on both faces. This boxed 8 ft end post kit adds a cover strip to hide the unused side.

Finishing the last post in a run
Posts in this system take slats on two opposing faces, perfect mid-run. At the final post, though, one face has nothing attached, leaving an open channel on view. This end post kit solves that with a cover strip, and it trims the hardware down to what a single working face needs. Material is 6063-T6 aluminum, and the coating meets AAMA 2604.
Inside the box

The regular line post kit, by contrast, has fourteen brackets, four base spacers and eight screws, and no strip.
End post or line post?
- Slats on one side only: this end kit.
- Slats on both sides: the regular line post kit.
- Corners, hinge and latch positions: confirm the right post with Globus Gates.
It is designed for fences, wall toppers and walk gates. If the end post will stand beside a sliding gate, check with us first.
Colors
Black, Bronze and White are offered. The cover strip and screws come in black for all three, so if you have a Bronze or White fence and the color of that face is important, ask first. This kit is part of our boxed fence line.
FAQ
Are slats or spacers included?
No. Slats, slat spacers and mounting hardware are separate, and the baseplate is sold on its own.
Installation
Step 1
Measure the opening and check what the product mounts to.
Step 2
Assemble the pre-cut parts with the included hardware. No welding.
Step 3
Set, level and fasten, then fit any lock or accessories.
