Full cover, not just shade

Open slats and louvers let some sun and rain through. ALU THERMA does not. Its insulated panels form a solid roof with a finished underside, which makes the space feel like a room and gives you a surface for lights and fans. Think covered kitchens, dining spots, family hangouts and restaurant seating, wherever comfort comes first. The aluminum frame is non-combustible and low-maintenance.

Choose a starting size

Starter: 10x10, 10x12 or 12x12 ft
Standard: 12x16, 12x20 or 16x16 ft, with gutter, lighting and fan planning
Large: 16x20, 20x20 or 24x24 ft, laid out per project; engineering may be needed

What goes into the structure

Square posts at 6, 7 or 8 in., 10 to 14 ft long
Inner base plates sized for 6 in. and 7 in. posts
3 in. U-channel and a 3 x 5-1/2 in. gutter
2x8 or 2x10 in. beams in 16, 20 or 24 ft lengths
Insulated roof panels, 3 in. thick, 4 ft wide, 24 ft long

Ceiling and comfort upgrades

Pick white panels for a bright ceiling or a wood-look style for warmth. Options include LED channel, strip and recessed lights, a beam for recessed fixtures, ceiling fan planning, electrical routing and custom powder coat colors.

Getting your package

Choose the tier nearest your space and a panel finish, then share plans or measurements, site photos, how the cover will attach, and any lighting or fan wishes. Globus Gates builds the material list around those details.

Is it a fixed kit or custom?

Tiers are a starting point. The final package follows your dimensions and layout.

Can I have a wood-look ceiling?

Yes, wood-like panel styles are offered alongside white.

Installation

Step 1

Measure the opening and check what the product mounts to.

Step 2

Assemble the pre-cut parts with the included hardware. No welding.

Step 3

Set, level and fasten, then fit any lock or accessories.
